Melba’s Paradise Potions strives to offer the best in services and products. Please carefully read our terms, polices and conditions before ordering.

Your call is extremely important to us and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
Our distribution center hours are 9:00 – 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and money orders.
Sorry, no COD orders or personal checks will be accepted.

♦ Product Variation:
Our products are freshly hand made in small batches. Please be aware that products may have a slight variation from batch to batch.

♦ Product Testing:
We respect all living things and therefore do not test our products on animals.

♦ Product Availability:
We go above and beyond to pamper our customers and to insure product availability. In the event a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered of any product. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

♦ Disclaimer
♦ NUT ALLERGIES:
We work with many natural nut oils in a small lab. We recommend that those with allergies to nut products abstain from using any of our products.

♦ Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we have a place of business. Currently, our place of business is only in California.

♦ Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice. If our website or product brochure displays an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund.

♦ Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally we do run out of products. We make everything fresh in small batches (like your favorite bakery) in limited quantity so our products are always fresh! Your favorite item should be back in stock within 7-10 business days. Please check back. We do not back order out of stock items.

♦ Children:
We will never knowingly collect of solicit information from persons under the age of thirteen (13) without first obtaining verifiable consent If you are under the age of 13 please have your parent or guardian order for you.
