♦ Returns:
Every effort is made to get your package to you in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns that have been opened and used unless the product is damaged or defective. Exceptions to this are as follows:
Your returns must be post marked within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. Please include a copy of your invoice.
No returns or exchanges on Clearance or Closeout items.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you so not want the product. We regret that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
If you return an item for any other reason for credit, the original shipping charges will not be refunded because the item was shipped to you, however, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item returned.
♦ Damage Claims:
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at: customerservice@paradisepotions.com
If an order is damaged internally, please notify us promptly to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order.

We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline for any reason. without prior notice to you.
