We go above and beyond to pamper our customers and to insure product availability. In the event a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered of any product. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

We work with many natural nut oils in a small lab. We recommend that those with allergies to nut products abstain from using any of our products.
♦ Shipping United States:
All orders over $50.00 USD, excluding taxes, SHIP FREE (Wholesale Orders Not Included, Sorry)
We ship UPS ground since it is the most economical and reliable service available. We will ship via the US Postal Service upon request; however will be an additional $5.00 handling charge for these orders.
APO, FPO, and PO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service.
Shipping charges are based on the total price of the order. See our pricing matrix for more information.
We reserve the option to ship United States Post Office or United Parcel Service, ground.
♦ Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we have a place of business. Currently, our place of business is only in California.
♦ International Shipping:
International shipping will ship with PRIOR EMAIL APPROVAL only under the following stipulations. The purchaser must agree to these terms prior to order processing.
Melba’s Paradise Potions agrees to prepare all international orders as specified by the carrier including proper paperwork and packaging requirements. A $5.00 USD handling charge will be added to all international orders in addition to the shipping fee charged by the carrier.
Melba’s Paradise Potions will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees. You alone are responsible for these additional charges should they occur. These charges must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office regarding your country’s custom policies.
Melba’s Paradise Potions relinquishes ALL RESPONSIBILITY of the package once it leaves out store. We promise to do our best and honestly hope the package will arrive intact, however, we cannot be responsible for the loss if it does not.
All items are shipped FOB sellers plant.
International orders must be paid by credit card and a minimum order of $50.00 USD is required.
Since our shipping charges are based on weight, we cannot quote exact shipping charges until the order is processed. We will send a complete statement with your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If our website or product brochure displays an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund.
♦ Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally we do run out of products. We make everything fresh in small batches (like your favorite bakery) in limited quantity so our products are always fresh! Your favorite item should be back in stock within 7-10 business days. Please check back. We do not back order out of stock items.
♦ Children:
We will never knowingly collect of solicit information from persons under the age of thirteen (13) without first obtaining verifiable consent If you are under the age of 13 please have your parent or guardian order for you.
♦ Returns:
Every effort is made to get your package to you in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns that have been opened and used unless the product is damaged or defective. Exceptions to this are as follows:
Your returns must be post marked within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. Please include a copy of your invoice.
No returns or exchanges on Clearance or Closeout items.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you so not want the product. We regret that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
If you return an item for any other reason for credit, the original shipping charges will not be refunded because the item was shipped to you, however, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item returned.
♦ Damage Claims:
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at: customerservice@paradisepotions.com
If an order is damaged internally, please notify us promptly to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order.
